Automatic dispense utilizes both frozen yogurt and soft serve applications
KIEL, WI – February 9, 2013 – Stoelting, a leading manufacturer of frozen treat technology for the foodservice industry, will debut its latest concept machine, the VF231-38I2 with Auto Serve technology at NAFEM 2013. Ideal for portion control applications, Stoetling’s VF231-38I2 includes the company’s IntelliTec2TM Wi-Fi remote monitoring system, which allows user’s easy access to equipment status and performance updates via the internet.
The sophisticated VF231-38I2 concept machine is designed to auto-dispense both yogurt and soft serve products in three cup sizes through coupon or money activation. Product selections are made on a digital touch screen and include one of two single flavors or a twist option. The digital touch screen also features motion-sensing technology which allows for custom slideshow or video marketing applications.
The concept machine is expected to be ready for market by early this summer.
Stoelting’s VF231-38I2 machine can been seen at NAFEM in the Stoelting booth (#1635).. The machine was also selected as one of the 2013 What’s Hot, What’s Cool products and can be seen in the What’s Hot, What’s Cool showcase booth (#1422).
