CC202 Two-Barrel Continuous Flow Freezer Machine
Two-barrel, floor standing, continous batch freezer. Diversify your offering by running two flavors of frozen custard, or run frozen custard in one barrel and italian ice in the other, or double your production by using both barrels for the same product. Either way, our patented Quick-Freeze Technology™ minimizes the size of ice crystals to produce a smoother, creamier product. Meanwhile, the two 8.8-gallon-mix hoppers and continuous-feed system produces 11 - 14 gallons per barrel per hour. Plus, our refrigerated, top-mounted hopper pans will hold mix at a safe temperature, while the hold cycle keeps the barrels at a safe holding temperature during off-cycle periods.
