Keep your custard cool and your toppings close at hand with the Stoelting 4-compartment refrigerated dipping cabinet with dual-temp controls and reversed hinges. Custom-designed for continuous-flow frozen custard machines, this energy-efficient cabinet features a storage compartment that can hold up to four 4.25-gallon scooping buckets as well as a refrigerated condiment rail for your fruit, candies and other toppings. The intuitive, dual-temperature control feature allows you to easily keep different products at their preferred temperatures. Easy to install, use and clean, it features heavy-duty swivel casters, so you can move it effortlessly, and its removable covers allow you to quickly access all of your products.

  • Nontoxic low-environmental-impact refrigerant with excellent thermodynamic performance, featuring zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and very low Global Warming Potential (GWP)
